Horizon Asia is an independent travel publication focused on Southeast and South Asia. We write the kind of guide we wished we had on our first trip: honest about prices, generous with practical detail, and biased toward slow, low-impact travel.

What we cover

Country guides, multi-day itineraries, transport breakdowns, daily-budget breakdowns, island guides, and the small logistical things (visas, SIMs, airport transfers) that quietly make or break a trip. Our editorial focus is Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan, Sri Lanka and Singapore.
